Reporting someone

  • The fastest way is in the app: open the chat or their profile card, then Report. It's free and doesn't need a Pass.
  • Reports go to our moderators with the reported message only. We may suspend chat for accounts that break our Terms.

Payments

  • For a payment question, email garbaground@proton.me with your registered email and the payment ID (it starts with "pay_"). Never send us your card number, UPI PIN or OTP.
